Bouzy Champagne Bar in Hyde Park Village is now open and we couldn’t be more in love. Incredible food/beverage program, concept, atmosphere & overall vibe. I previewed some dishes paired with bubbles and vino that was hand selected by the fabulous owner, Jennifer Bingham from the Cru Cellars concepts in Tampa Bay.
Bouzy Champagne Bar stands out to me because it is one of a kind in the Tampa bay dining scene. Bouzy is Tampa’s first champagne bar with a full dinner menu in addition to the elevated cocktail menu and extensive wine list.
Food menu highlights were: oysters, caviar sandwich, shrimp cocktail, crispy cauliflower, beef tartare, beet salad (personal fav!) steamed grouper & lemon tart dessert. Highly recommend making a reservation in their private dining room that seats up to 40 people and sets the stage for a romantic dining experience that feels like a speakeasy and step back in time. In addition to the private dining room, Bouzy has a wrap around indoor bar with small tables & patio seating for those who would prefer to enjoy their brut al fresco.
I am thrilled about this new, woman owned business and great dining addition to Hyde Park Village. I can’t wait to visit again and I am looking forward to a potential brunch/lunch program at Bouzy in the future. Bingham has two other concepts (Wine on Water and Small Giant bar) with plans to open their doors on Water Street this week!
